2010 goals!!

Here I am today at 219 pounds; last April I weighed 250 pounds!
An accomplishment to be proud of... but,
I've been SLACKING!

Time to kick it in HIGH gear!!

My daily goals consist of...
 Only 1 can of diet, I've been doing 2-3 yikes!
MORE H20!

30 min. exercise a day, if not at the gym.

More VEGGIES!!!

Cut back on the carbs again!!!!!!

I would like to lose 20-30 lbs by June 1st!!

If I do it, I will have a HUGE "take care of yourself" giveaway for my followers in June!!

So cross your fingers and toes for me!!

  1. You can do it, girl! Continue to congratulate yourself for what you've done and continue to tell yourself that you can do more!

    Somewhere you had mentioned that it's hard to be active when the sun isn't out- and I agree. There's something about the cloudy weather that makes me feel sluggish. I don't know how I ever survived in Washington!

    For me it has to be a good balance of diet and activity. Just one of them doesn't help but I have to be careful not to be TOO active or then I get sick. Tricky business this weight loss thing! ♥

    I applaud you in your weight loss. I am on my journey too...I even made my husband a birthday cake yesterday and didn't eat a bit! (I'm seriously patting myself on the back for that one! LOL)

  4. Hey Noelle! How are your goals coming along? I am a roller coaster and a half when it comes to the diet journey! I lost 45 pounds last year, and gave since gained back and lost 25 of those pounds about 6 times! At least the top 20 stayed off, right? I'm at the bottom agian, with those 20 pounds back on :(
    I would love to journey with you and have a great big "we did it" party when its all over!
