Here I am today at 219 pounds; last April I weighed 250 pounds!
An accomplishment to be proud of... but,
I've been SLACKING!
Time to kick it in HIGH gear!!
My daily goals consist of...
Only 1 can of diet, I've been doing 2-3 yikes!
30 min. exercise a day, if not at the gym.
Cut back on the carbs again!!!!!!
I would like to lose 20-30 lbs by June 1st!!
If I do it, I will have a HUGE "take care of yourself" giveaway for my followers in June!!
So cross your fingers and toes for me!!
